Our Classes

Method of flexibility is the core system of traditional Hatha Yoga which is designed to increase the natural range of motion of every joint in the human body. In this 75 minute class, you will go deeper into the flexibility of every joint and will notice a great improvement in your yoga practice in the very same session. No prior experience necessary. This class will be streamed live via zoom and it will be led by the founders of this systems who reside in Mexico. There will be a practitioner in the studio able to demonstrate in person the postures of this sequence.
